Jen Lawrence, MBA

Jen Lawrence is the President of Process Design Consultants Inc.. She draws on 30 years of experience in corporate training, investment banking, executive search, coaching, and management consulting to help organizations develop critical thinking skills and foster employee talent. She's a Certified Career and Business Coach, Trauma of Money Facilitator, and a member of the International Coach Federation and Association of Change Management Professionals. She’s an instructor at the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. Her work has been featured in several international publications, including US News & World Report, Inc., Newsweek, Canadian Family Offices, The Globe and Mail, CTV Your Morning, Inc., Thrive Global, and HuffPost. Jen is a member of the National Task Force for Women’s Economic Justice. She has authored three books, including Engage the Fox: A Business Fable About Thinking Critically and Motivating Your Team. She has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management with the University of Toronto.
