Who we are:

Process Design Consultants Inc. is a group of professionals passionately committed to improving results and making change happen by improving the thought process in six key knowledge areas:

Strategic Management: We help clients determine what they want to become; what customers they wish to pursue; what products and services they will offer; what the customers expect to receive; what the priorities are; and what competencies need to be acquired or developed to succeed.

Project Management: We help our clients initiate, plan, execute, and close their projects to meet customer and stakeholder expectations on time and within budget.

Performance Management: We help clients gain leverage by establishing realistic, mutually agreed upon performance plans, and by more effectively managing the performance of their people.

Issues Management: We help clients build their critical thinking skills so they can focus on the most significant issues, solve problems, and make better decisions more effectively.

Change Management: We help organizations drive change by helping them build a business case that gets organizational attention and provides better solutions with greater commitment to implement.

Team Management: We help clients assess and improve team effectiveness focusing on team goals, roles, processes, relationships and collaboration with other teams.

Virtual Management: We help clients understand the challenges of working virtually and participating in and leading meetings, training and teams across a distance, and help them assess and improve effectiveness.

We bring thinking to life.

Our approach:

We help our clients in two key ways:

Training and development:

Process Design works with clients to create customized training programs for their employees. Processpmi Home Design can conduct the training or design train-the-trainer programs in each of our six key knowledge areas. We are certified as a Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute and employees who complete our programs qualify for PMI professional development units. For more information on our training and development programs, click here.

Process Design can also be brought in to help clients deal with specific issues. We have worked with clients on situation assessments, strategy mapping, performance management, problem solving, decision making, and managing projects. We have provided group facilitation with all stakeholders and have provided individual coaching of managers and leaders, depending on the client need.
