Training and development:

Process Design works with clients to create customized training programs for their employees. Process Design can conduct the training or design train-the-trainer programs in each of our six key knowledge areas.  For more information on our training and development programs, click here.


Process Design can also be brought in to help clients deal with specific issues. We have worked with clients on situation assessments, strategy mapping, performance management, problem solving, decision making, and managing projects. We have provided group facilitation with all stakeholders and have provided individual coaching of managers and leaders, depending on the client need. Process Design Consultants professionals also instruct in programs leading to the Leadership Essentials Certificate and the Advanced Certificate in Strategic Leadership through the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto.
