Training and development:

Process Design creates customized training programs in our three key knowledge areas: Critical Thinking, Strategic Management, and Change Management. We can custom-create programs for organizations. We also provide instruction through the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies.

Consulting & Coaching:

Process Design can also be brought in to help clients deal with specific issues. For organizations, we have worked with clients on situation assessments, executive search, talent planning, strategy mapping, performance management, problem-solving, and decision-making. We have provided group facilitation with all stakeholders and individual coaching of managers and leaders. We work closely with entrepreneurs scaling their businesses.
